When Donaldo Hart established Duca Consulting International in 2000, he brought to the undertaking a rich professional background that included fifteen years in managing small businesses and twelve years of project and team leadership in a multitude of countries.

The totality of this experience formed the basis of Duca Consulting International: a small, specialized, flexible firm delivering a no-nonsense approach to technical assistance and performance assessments.

Duca Consulting has one core value: integrity. It is the underpinning of who we are and the touchstone of what we do.
